Privacy Policy

Sansavision (“we”, “us”) is the SaaS & app division of Sansa Group AB, Stockholm, Sweden. This policy explains how we handle personal data across sansavision.com and our products, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we collect

• Contact data: name, email, company and message when you use our contact form.
• Usage data: anonymised analytics (pages viewed, device type) — only with consent.
• Product data: account and content data when you use a Sansavision SaaS; each product's own notice applies.

2. Why we process it

• To respond to consulting requests (legitimate interest / pre-contract).
• To operate, secure and improve our sites (legitimate interest).
• To comply with legal obligations (accounting, security).
• Marketing only with your consent — unsubscribe anytime.

3. Sharing

We use privacy-conscious processors: Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), and email/analytics providers under DPAs. We never sell personal data. Data may be processed in the EU/EEA; any transfer outside uses SCCs and safeguards.

4. Retention

Contact inquiries are kept up to 24 months. Analytics aggregates are kept 14 months. You can request earlier deletion at privacy@sansavision.com.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. EU residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority (in Sweden: IMY). Californians: see our California Privacy Notice.
